In accordance with section 22B of the Swimming’s Pools Act 1992, Council must develop and adopt a program for the inspection of swimming pools in its Local Government Area.
The Swimming Pool Inspection Program can be viewed at Council’s Office located at 81 Cobar Street or by clicking the link below from Wednesday 10 May 2017 until Wednesday 7 June 2017.
All written submissions in relation to the Program should be addressed to the General Manager, Derek Francis, and must be received on or before 4.00pm, Wednesday 7 June 2017 by one of the following methods:
