Development Application – Public Exhibition

NOTICE is hereby given that a Development Application has been submitted to Bogan Shire Council for Manufactured Serviced Apartments. The proposed development is located at Lot 642 D.P. 846842 No. 98 Cannonbar Street Nyngan NSW 2825.

The proposed site plan and relevant application documents can be viewed at Bogan Shire Council’s Development and Environmental Office located at 81 Cobar Street Nyngan between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The exhibition period will commence Monday 3rd August 2026 and close 4.00pm Tuesday 18 August 2026.

Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, make written submission to Bogan Shire Council with respect to the Development proposal and if the comment is an objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.

Submissions relating to the proposed development must be received by Council on or before 4.00pm Tuesday 18 August 2026 and should be addressed to:
