Subdivision

A Subdivision means the division of land into two or more parts that would be adapted for separate occupation use or disposition (Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979).
The Bogan Local Environmental Plan (LEP) sets the size allotments in Bogan Shire Local Government Area (LGA). In the bogan shire area, it contains a series of zones which outline objectives for preferred development and sets a minimum lot size to ensure a uniform layout in residential areas with various sizes.
You must Lodge a subdivision application in the NSW Planning Portal with the Required plans and documentation.
