Integrated Planning and Reporting
Bogan Shire Council’s Community Strategic Plan captures the long-term vision, priorities and aspirations of our community. It reflects what matters most to residents across the Bogan Shire, and sets the direction for the future of our Shire.
The Delivery Program is Council’s four-year roadmap. It outlines the key actions we will take to work towards the community’s goals and includes measures so our community can see how we are tracking.
The Resourcing Strategy explains how Council will responsibly manage its finances, assets and workforce to ensure we can deliver services, maintain infrastructure and plan for the future in a sustainable way.
The Operational Plan details the projects, services and initiatives to be delivered each year. We regularly report back to the community on our progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
The Annual Report provides a clear summary of what we have achieved throughout the financial year, how we have performed against our plans and targets, and how Council has managed its finances in line with legislative requirements.
