Operational Plan & Budget

The Operational Plan is a one-year strategy that outlines the specific projects and activities to be carried out in a given financial year, in alignment with the commitments made in the four-year Delivery Program.
The plan includes Council’s  annual budget, as well as the Statement of Revenue Policy, which covers the proposed rates, fees, and charges for the financial year.
The Operational Plan outlines how activities contribute to achieving the goals of the Delivery Program, and ultimately, the objectives of the Community Strategic Plan.
