Salary Benefits
- Remuneration at Grade 2 of Council’s salary system ($980.19 - $1,120.20 per week) depending on qualifications and experience
- Adverse Working Conditions Allowance currently $18.92/week
- 11.5% superannuation
- 38 hours per week, 9-day fortnight
- 4 weeks’ annual leave
- Sick, Carers and other leave as per the Local Government (State) Award
- Salary sacrificed childcare at the Bogan Shire Early Learning Centre
- Council paid continuing professional development and training
