Salary Benefits

  • Remuneration at Grade 2 of Council’s salary system ($980.19 - $1,120.20 per week) depending on qualifications and experience
  • Adverse Working Conditions Allowance currently $18.92/week
  • 11.5% superannuation
  • 38 hours per week, 9-day fortnight
  • 4 weeks’ annual leave
  • Sick, Carers and other leave as per the Local Government (State) Award
  • Salary sacrificed childcare at the Bogan Shire Early Learning Centre
  • Council paid continuing professional development and training
