Community Based Heritage Study for Bogan Shire Council (DRAFT)

Council has recently conducted the first stage of developing a Community Based Heritage Study for the Bogan Shire.

Whilst listing a property through this process seeks to preserve the heritage value of identified items in our shire it does impose some responsibilities on owners. These include the need to apply for development consent from Council for such activities as, for example, the demolition or alteration of buildings.
