In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the Bogan Shire Council has approved to suspend the alcohol-free zone temporarily for a section of the footpath area at 104-106 Nymagee Street until 31 March 2025.
A map of the area for which the suspended area applies is available for viewing at Council offices located at 81 Cobar Street, Nyngan.
