Development Application – Public Exhibition
NOTICE is hereby given that a Development Application has been submitted to Bogan Shire Council for Alterations, Additions and Use of Existing Structures at a Caravan Park. The proposed development is located at Lot 1 D.P. 824106 No. 46 Barrier Highway Nyngan NSW 2825.
The proposed site plan and relevant application documents can be viewed at Bogan Shire Council’s Development and Environmental Office located at 81 Cobar Street Nyngan between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The exhibition period will commence Thursday 22 January 2026 and close 4.00pm Thursday 19 February 2026.
Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, make written submission to Bogan Shire Council with respect to the Development proposal and if the comment is an objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.
