NOTICE is hereby given that a Development Application has been submitted to Bogan Shire Council for a proposed subdivision of residential land.
The proposed development is located at Lots 4 and 5 Section 11 DP 758803, Oxley Street Nyngan NSW 2825. The proposed plan and relevant application documents can be viewed at Bogan Shire Council’s administration office located at 81 Cobar Street, Nyngan NSW 2825, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm. The exhibition period will commence Thursday 17 October and close 4:00pm Thursday 14 November 2024.
Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, make written submission to Bogan Shire Council with respect to the development proposal and if the comment is an objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.
